I am a New Orleans native, but have lived all over the South. I moved to the Space Coast of Florida in 2013 and fell in love with the area. I have spent my entire career helping people as a Surgical Technologist then fell in love with Real Estate while living in Florida. I started my Real Estate career in Florida where I obtained my Brokers license in 2021. I work very hard to continue my education and learn as much as I can to better serve my clients. I recently earned my certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and strive to continue my education through hard work and dedication. I think Realtors should strive to further their education and adapt to the ever changing real estate market to provide the best service to their clients. If you are searching for a Realtor that has high standards and superior work ethics, you have found it! I am a Broker Associate at Florida Style Real Estate Company, Inc. on the beautiful space coast of Florida and I am looking forward to working with you!!
We started real estate so we could have a career in which we could work together, because Nina and I are best friends and we LOVE spending time together. We enjoy being outdoors, walking, fishing, gardening, and boating. We like to watch movies and Jeff likes to play video games. Nina LOVES alligators, so much so she went free diving into a pool of alligators with world renowned wildlife biologist Chris Gillette. The largest of the alligators was 13 feet long and his name is Casper. We have three grandchildren and four children, five if you include our wonderful daughter in law.
Nina has an associate’s degree in Surgical Technology and has been a surgical technologist for over 20 years, having worked in almost every aspect.
Jeff has an associate’s degree in general studies. He served in the Marines from 1985 to 1997, then joined the Mississippi Army National Guard in 2003 and served active duty Guard until 2013, which gives him a 22 year active military retirement as a Sergeant First Class.
We love our two fur babies, who adopted us at the SPCA in Titusville, Florida, where we lived for five years after Jeff retired from the military. We moved to Mountain Home after driving through on a vacation during April 2018.
We love our community and love to help people, so real estate is a perfect fit for us.
We can also be reached anytime on our cell. You can call us anytime, even at 2AM! We won’t answer, but we will call you back the next business day! 🙂
My name is Michelle Manis and I have lived here in Titusville for almost 15 years now. I have lived in many states, but grew up outside of Deland FL, so I guess you can say that I came back home. My family and I love the Titusville area! We have a pontoon boat that we take out on the river as often as we can. Fishing, swimming, and camping on the islands are some of our favorite activities here. Professionally, I have worked the last 20 years or so in various Accounting fields, but after my last company was bought and moved out of state I decided it was time for a change. I have always wanted to work in Real Estate, so that was the obvious choice for me. I look forward to getting to know everyone on the Florida Style team, and will do my best to hit the ground running so I can be a valuable team member.
Being a mom to two successful adult sons, Billy and Brian, and a grandma to two wonderful grandsons, Brian and Hunter, is a blessing. My husband and I are very fortunate to have our family. Having lived in the DC metro area for most of my life, I worked for the Federal Government and met many lifelong friends there. Once I decided to move to Florida to be near family, I began my career as a Realtor and never looked back. I wondered why I waited so long. Now as a Broker with a business and eight super professional agents, I could not be more proud of how far we have come in a short time. Being a business owner requires some degree of toughness. Raising two sons certainly prepared me for that!As an avid poodle lover, my two tiny rescued poodles bring me so much joy. You may see them in the office from time to time because it’s too hard to leave them and go to work each day. They have me well-trained. Thanks go to ”Coastal Poodle Rescue” and all the dedicated volunteers for allowing me to be trained and loved by these sweet little toy poodles.I work to live, but I live to sew and quilt & collect more poodles. Someday when life slows down I will have more time for my hobbies, but for now, my hobby is my career.
